She is also identified in the will of her mother, Margery Godbold of Dennington, 15 Nov 1542, proved 14 Dec 1542, Archdeaconry Court of Suffolk, reg wills 14:283 (FHL #096914). Date and place of birth are approximations. Margery was unmarried in 1535 when her father made his will.
MAR #1: No mar rec found. Margery was apparently married to a Mr. Jervys. The will of Margery's 2nd husband, John Chamber, 26 Dec 1559, proved 13 Jan 1560, identifies "his wives daughter," Margery Jervys (Archdeaconry Court of Suffolk, reg wills, 20:201 [FHL #096921]). This dau later married a Garter, according to Margery's own will, below.
MAR #2: No mar rec found. The will of Margery Chamber, below, suggests that she is the sister of Isabel Connold, a proved dau of Roger Godbold, as she gave to the children of Henry Connold, a son of Isabel.
