DEATH: Various death dates are found. Date of 17 Sep 1783, aged 73 yrs, is perhaps the most reliable, as it came from the records of Rev. Jeremiah Fogg. The entry is found in Roland D. Sawyer, comp, "Kensington Vital Statistics - Marriages and Deaths" (typescript, 1943), pt. 2, p. 8 (FHL #015563 item 13). Two copies of Ezekiel's gravestone inscription, cited below, offer different dates. BUR: "Kensington, New Hampshire Cemetery Inscriptions" (typescript, n.d.), 8 (FHL #015563 item 2). In his 74th yr. Death date is given as 16 Oct 1783. Name of the cemetery is not given. The cemetery name was given as "Old Yard" in Sawyer, "Kensington Vital Statistics - Marriages and Deaths," pt. 2, p. 78 1/2. This record gives a death date of 17 Oct 1783.
