NOTE: The birth order of the children of Henry and Alice Baldwin is suggested by the wills of Alice Baldwin (wife) and Richard Baldwin (son). The children are named in approximately the same order in these two wills, suggesting they were listed by order of birth. Henry Baldwin, son of Sylvester, is called his "next heir" in the will of Richard, suggesting that Sylvester was Richard's oldest brother. Richard was executor to the wills of both parents suggesting he was the eldest son.
