  Notes	BIRTH: Richard is identified in the will of his father, Richard Gould of Stoke Mandeville, Bucks, 12 Sep 1558, proved 10 Oct 1558, Archdeaconry Court of Buckingham, reg wills, 14:100 (FHL #088496). Date and place of birth are approximations. Although his father lived in Stoke Mandeville when he made his will, he wished to be buried in Bovingdon and bequeathed money to the church there. This strongly suggests that the elder Richard Gould came from Bovingdon. Moreover, his will states that his brother[name illegible, document torn] resided in Bovingdon. Since the widow of Richard Gould, Sr, wished to be buried in Stoke Mandeville, it seems likely that Richard moved to Stoke Mandeville from Bovingdon when he married his 2nd wife. MAR: A wife Elizabeth administered his estate, below. DEATH: No death/bur rec found.
