- BIRTH: Springfield Vital Records, 1:24 (FHL #016502). Born "at Chester."
MAR: No mar rec found. Dolly is said to have married Ezekiel Johnson of Hartford, Vermont (V. C. Sanborn, GENEALOGY OF THE FAMILY OF SAMBORNE OR SANBORN [Privately printed, 1899], 179 (FHL #599237 item 2). The gravestone inscription of Dorothy Sanborn Johnson, wife of Ezekiel Johnson, shows that she died on 24 Apr 1851, age 70, and is buried in the Pleasant View Cemetery, Westford, Chittenden Co., Vermont (Vermont Vital Records, 1st series, -1870 [FHL #027597]). While this would seem to be the Dolly Sanborn referred to by V. C. Sanborn, there must be an error, as the dau of Reuben Sanborn was not listed among the six living children of Reuben Sanborn on 15 Jul 1840 recorded in his Revolutionary War pension file, National Archives, #W16709 (FHL #972115). The husband of Dolly Sanborn remains unidentified.
DEATH: Died before 15 Jul 1840, as mentioned above.
