MAR #2: Ibid, 1:79. The wife is called Mary Boulter, widow, on mar rec. She is apparently the widow of Nathaniel Boulter, Jr, of Hampton who died in 1689 leaving a widow Mary. See the inv of estate of Nathaniel Boulter, Jr, of Hampton, 24 Feb 1692/3, New Hampshire Province Probate, 1:341 (FHL #015458). Abraham Drake, Sr, of Hampton deeded land to his children, including Mary Sanborn, on 14 Jan 1708/9 (New Hampshire Province Deeds, 63:270 [FHL #015440]). It is believed that Mary Drake married (1) Nathaniel Boulter, and (2) Richard Sanborn.
DEATH: No death rec found, but Richard probably died in Hampton shortly after deeding land to his children on 26 Oct 1716 (New Hampshire Province Deeds, 20:426 [FHL #015418]). The deed is in the form of a will and charged his son Shubal to pay his just debts and funeral expenses and to maintain his (Shubal's) mother.
