DEATH: John was not mentioned in his father's will in 1670 and is presumably the seaman from Manchester (then part of Salem), whose death is recorded in Boston in 1655 (BOSTON BIRTHS, BAPTISMS, MARRIAGES AND DEATHS, 9th Report Boston Record Commissioners [Boston, 1883; Baltimore, 1994], 52 [FHL #974.461 V2a]).
