- CHR: E. J. Carnell, et al, eds, "Dartmouth, St. Saviours Parish Register," 5 vols. (transcript, n.d.; Devon and Cornwall Record Society), 1:102 (FHL #917192).
MAR: No mar rec found. George Palmer of Kittery, Maine and his wife Elizabeth sold land to Henry Greenland, 15 Oct 1666. The original deed is in Suffolk County Court Files, #979 (FHL #911122). In the same file is a power of attorney from George Palmer to Roger Deering, "my well beloved friend," dated 13 Jun 1667. It appears that George wanted Roger to receive his (George's) portion of the estate of his mother who had died the previous month. Roger Deering was the husband of George's sister Joan Palmer. He was back and forth between Dartmouth and Kittery as a shipwright and mariner.
DEATH: No death rec found. See the adm of estate of George Palmer of Kittery, 25 Apr 1670 (PROVINCE AND COURT RECORDS OF MAINE, 6 vols. [Portland, ME, 1928-75], 2:186 [FHL #974.1 P2p]).
