- BIRTH: No birth rec found. Hannah's heirs are mentioned in the division of estate of her brother, James Woods of Marlborough, 13 Apr 1719, Middlesex Co. Probate Files, 1st series, #25441 (FHL #432087). James is aproved son of John Woods. Date of birth is calculated from age 28 on death rec, below. A birth date of 10 May 1638 is given in William R. Cutter, GENEALOGIES AND PERSONAL MEMOIRS RELATING TO THE FAMILIES OF BOSTON AND EASTERN MASSACHUSETTS, 4 vols. (New York, 1908), 2:1095 (FHL #1035606). Cutter's works are considered unreliable, however, and this date is disregarded, although it matches the year calculated from the age at death.
