- BIRTH: No birth rec found. John preceded his father in death and is therefore not mentioned in his will. However, John's eldest son, John, is identified as a grandson in the will of his father, Richard Cutting of Watertown, 14 Jun 1694, proved 6 Apr 1696, Middlesex Co. Probate Files, 1st series, #5681 (FHL #386069). Furthermore, John's widow Susannah and Richard Cutting, "her father," exhibited John's inv of estate, 1 Oct 1689, below. John's date and place of birth are approximations.
