- BIRTH: No birth rec found. Nathan is identified in a deed from his father, Jesse Warner of "Ashuelot Equivalent" (Dalton), Mass., 24 Mar 1777 (Berkshire Co. Deeds, Middle District, 13:270 [FHL #872082]). Assuming Nathan was at least 21 when he received this land, he must be the eldest son.
MAR #1: Mar rec not found, but death of Nathan's wife Jerusha is recorded in VITAL RECORDS OF HINSDALE (Boston, 1902), 95 (FHL #974.41/H1 V2v). She is called Jerusha Webb in Lucien C. Warner and Josephine Genung Nichols,THE DESCENDANTS OF ANDREW WARNER (New Haven, 1919), 116 (FHL #1036394).
MAR #2: VITAL RECORDS OF DALTON (Boston, 1906), 63 (FHL #974.41/D1 V28v).This is a mar intention; actual mar rec not found. Wife is called "Amy Cook, widow." She is identified as Amy Wetter in Warner, DESCENDANTS OF ANDREW WARNER, 116. She is probably the Amy "Witter" who married Elisha Cook at Norwich, Conn., 29 May 1783 (VITAL RECORDS OF NORWICH, 1659-1848, 2 pts. [Hartford, 1913], 1:467 [FHL #974.65/N1 V2s]).

DEATH: No death rec found. See the will of Nathan Warner of Madison, 1 Nov 1827, proved 30 Mar 1829, Geauga Co., Ohio Probate, B:389-91 (FHL #020250). It is stated that Nathan died in Lexington, Kentucky, 17 Feb 1829, in Warner, DESCENDANTS OF ANDREW WARNER, 199.
