She was no doubt the widow of Rev. John Cotton who died 1652. She married (1) to William Story, 1 May 1619, at Boston, Lincs. He was buried at Boston 19 Mar 1627/8. She married (2) at Boston to Rev. John Cotton 25 Apr 1632 (C.W. Foster, ed, PARISH REGISTERS OF BOSTON, Publications of the Lincoln Record Society, 3[1914]:87, 133, 162 [FHL #942.53 B4lp]).
