- BIRTH: Date and place of birth are approximations. Nicholas was living in Northam, from at least 1631-1635, when children were baptized (W. H.Rogers, ed, "Northam Parish Register," 2 vols. [transcript, n.d.; Devon & Cornwall Record Society], 1:66, 68, 71 [FHL #917204]).
MAR: No mar rec found. Wife Jane is identified on chr of dau Ann at Northam.
DEATH: No death or probate rec found. Nicholas was granted land in Hingham in 1636 and was still there in Nov 1648, when he signed a letter of attorney to Richard Shelton (ASPINWALL NOTARIAL RECORDS, 1644-1651, 32nd Report Boston Record Commissioners, [Boston, 1903], 174 [FHL #974.461 H2b]). William Aspinwall was a Boston attorney and recorder of the Suffolk Co. Court.
