- BIRTH: Henry is identified in the will of his father, Richard Baldwin of Aston Clinton, 16 Jan 1552/3, proved 21 Feb 1552/3, Archdeaconry Court of Buckingham, reg wills, 9:156 (FHL #088495); also in will of his mother, Ellen Baldwin of Aston Clinton, dated 25 [torn] 1566, no probate act, Archdeaconry Court of Buckingham, orig wills (FHL #1042499). Date and place of birth are approximations. Henry was apparently of age in 1553 when he executed his father's will.
MAR: No mar rec found. A wife Alice is mentioned in Henry's will, below. Brothers Thomas King and Robert King are mentioned in the will of his widow, Alice Baldwin of Aston Clinton, 4 Jun 1622, proved 14 Dec 1626, Archdeaconry Court of Buckingham, orig wills, 1626, #26 (FHL #088556). A Henry Baldwin and "Mary" King were married at Aston Clinton, 24 Jan 1565/6. Mary is perhaps a clerical error for Alice.
