John was under 23 years old when the will was written. He was also executor to the will of his mother, Ellen Baldwin of Aston Clinton, 24 [torn] 1566, no probate act, Archdeaconry Court of Buckingham, orig wills (FHL #1042499). Date and place of birth are approximations.
