- BIRTH: No birth rec found. Sarah is identified as a dau of Moses Barber in Lois J. (Barber) Schroeder, MOSES BARBER OF SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RHODE ISLAND (Decorah, IA, 1984), 377 (FHL #929.273 B233s). No proof of this relationship has been found, but no other Barber families were in the area at this time. The will of Moses Barber does not mention all of his daughters by name. Furthermore, Sarah was about the right age to be a daughter of Moses.
MAR: Jamestown Proprietors' Records, 1:2:13 (FHL #946906). Year of mar is not indicated. Previous entry is dated 7 Oct 1705; therefore, the mar probably occurred in 1706. The first child of this couple was born on 5 Jun 1707.
