Her date and place of birth and parentage are included in her biography written by her husband, Rev. Samuel Clark, in THE LIVES OF SUNDRY EMINENT PERSONS IN THIS LATER AGE, 2 vols. (London, 1683), 2:152 (BYU m/fiche CT 781.C5 1683).
