MAR #2: "Windsor Births, Marriages, Deaths, 1637-1850," Barbour Collection (typescript, 1929; Conn. State Library, Hartford), 269 (FHL #002983). She is called Hannah Trumble of Suffield. Although there is no indication in this rec that Hannah is the widow of John Trumble, her dismission from the Rowley church leaves little doubt: Hannah Strong, "sometimes the wife of Joseph Trumble, & daughter to Br. [Hugh] Smith, now wife of Goodm. [John] Strong," to Windsor, 1 Nov 1687 ("Dismissions from the First Church in Rowley Mass.," ESSEX INSTITUTE HISTORICAL COLLECTIONS, 14[1878]:149 [FHL #974 B2e]).
DEATH: No death rec found. Hannah was living in Windsor, 3 Mar 1697/8, when she made an agreement with the heirs of John Strong. See abstract from Hartford District Probate in Charles W.
