MAR: No mar rec found. He is apparently the Henry Burbank named as son-in-law in the will of Charles Johnston of Haverhill, NH, 1 Feb 1812, proved 21 May 1813, Grafton Co. Probate, 2:346-51 (FHL #015899). Johnston states that Henry is the husband of his dau Polly. Henry appears in town recs of Haverhill, NH in several places. On 1 Jan 1828 he and Abijah Burbank signed a petition for a new road (Haverhill Town Records, 3:609 [FHL #015165]).
