MAR: No mar rec found. Daughter Abigail Wheeler is mentioned in the will of William Allen of Salisbury, MA, 16 Apr 1674, proved 22 Jul 1686, Suffolk Co. Probate, #1474, (o.s.) 11:10-13 (FHL #584130). Also see the deed from Richard Hubbard and wife Martha to Abigail Wheeler of Boston, "widow of Henry Wheeler, late of Boston, Mariner, deceased," 28 Jan 1696/7 (Essex Co. Deeds, 11:251 [FHL #866019]). Martha Hubbard is also mentioned in the will of William Allen. Hence, it is reasonable to assume that Henry Wheeler's wife, Abigail, is the dau mentioned in William Allen's will.
DEATH: No death rec found. Henry was living on 26 Aug 1694 when he was admitted to the Salisbury, Mass. church (David W. Hoyt, THE OLD FAMILIES OF SALISBURY AND AMESBURY, 3 vols. [Providence, 1897-1916; repr in 1 vol., Baltimore, 1982], 354-55 [FHL #974.45 D2h]). Henry was refered to as "late of Boston, deceased," on deed of 28 Jan 1696/7, above.
