- DEATH: No death rec found. Sara is mentioned in the will of her husband, John Chadwick of Watertown, 31 Jan 1710, proved 5 Mar 1710/11, Middlesex Co. Probate Files, 1st series, #4105 (FHL #386051).
NOTE: Sarah was probably from Plymouth Colony. On 4 Oct 1671 John Chadwick as principle and Charles Chadwick as surety were placed under bond of 10 pounds on condition that John Chadwick and wife Sarah appear at the next court to be held in Plymouth Colony to answer the charge of fornication before marriage (David Pulsifer, ed, "Records of the County of Middlesex," 4 vols. [transcript, 1851] 3:3 [FHL #892250]).
