MAR: No mar rec found. See the will of Mary Benjamin of Watertown (dau of John and Abigail [Eddy] Benjamin), 16 May 1646, proved 4 Jun 1646, Suffolk Co. Probate, #41, (o.s.) 1:38 (FHL #584127). This will mentions my Aunt Wines and cousin Anne Wyes (Wines). Apparently one of Abigail (Eddy) Benjamin's sisters married Barnabas Wines of Watertown, later of Southold, Long Island. The only sisters not accounted for are Anna and Elizabeth. Unfortunately, the name of Barnabas Wines' wife is unknown, but it is conjectured that it was Anna, as he named his eldest dau Anna and had no dau Elizabeth.
DEATH: No death rec found. Anna is not mentioned in the will of her husband, Barnabas Wines of Southold, NY, 23 Nov 1675, proved 4 Mar 1679/80, THE RECORDS OF THE COURT OF SESSIONS OF SUFFOLK COUNTY IN THE PROVINCE OF NEW YORK, 1670-1688 (Bowie, MD, 1993), 96-97 (FHL #974.725 P2c).
