DEATH: No death rec found. Benjamin is last of record at Hopkinton, Mass., 13 May 1740, when he and wife Elizabeth acknowledged a deed to Daniel Burnap, dated 19 Jan 1737/8 (Middlesex Co. Deeds, 65:556-57 [FHL #554037]). He was probably still living on 20 Dec 1745 when his sons Benjamin and Daniel signed articles of agreement concerning land in Hopkinton, as Benjamin is styled "Jr" in this document, suggesting that his father was living (Ibid, 65:557).
