She is called Joane "Marshall," deceased, sister of Thomas Miller in the court rolls of Hadham Hall Manor, Apr 1631, cited in Spencer Miller, "The Millers of Bishop's Stortford," NYGBR, 71(1940):50 (FHL #974 B2n). She was possibly the wife of Edward Marshall (Ibid, 70[1939]:148).
