Father's name is illegible in chr entry, but she is mentioned in the will of her father, William Hammond of Watertown, 1 July 1662, proved 16 Dec 1662, Middlesex Co. Probate Files, 1st series, #10262 (FHL #397083).
MAR: No mar rec found. She is called Sarah "Smith" in her father's will, above. The same will mentions Sarah's son Adam Smith. Adam is identified in the will of his mother Sarah, widow of Richard Smith of Smithtown, Long Island, below. For additional evidence, see Edward H. L.
