Names of parents are not stated in chr entry, but "Severance" [Siphorus, Onesiphorus] is identified in the estate division of his father, John Page of Haverhill, 12 Mar 1721/2, Essex Co. Probate, (o.s.) 313:735 (FHL #875128).

MAR #2: Ibid. Wife is called widow Sarah Rowell. She was apparently the widow of Philip Rowell who was killed by the Indians, 7 Jul 1690 ("Journal of John Pike," COLLECTIONS OF THE NEW HAMPSHIRE HISTORICAL SOCIETY, 3[Concord, NH, 1832]:44 [FHL #844660]). Philip Rowell and Sarah Morrill were married at Amesbury, 5 Jan 1670 (VITAL RECORDS OF AMESBURY [Topsfield, MA, 1913], 464 [FHL #974.45/A1 V2a]).
