However, Mary is identified as a sister in the will of John Fisher of Syleham, 28 Mar 1636, proved 30 Oct 1636, Consistory Court of Norwich, reg wills, 129:277 (FHL #166873); she is also mentioned in the will of her brother, Cornelius Fisher of East Bergholt, 23 May 1638, proved 9 Dec 1641, P.C.C., Evelyn, 154 (FHL #092151).
