- BIRTH: John is identified as a son of Richard Fiske of Laxfield in Joseph L. Chester, ed, "Candler's Suffolk & Essex Pedigrees," ca 1655, 2 vols. (transcript, 1868-70; Norman Collection, Salford, Eng), 1:380-81 (FHL #Q942.6 D2c). Candler was a Puritan minister living in England and himself a 2nd great-grandson of Richard Fiske. Date and place of birth are approximations.
MAR: Children are mentioned in John's will, below, but no mar rec or wife has been identified.
DEATH: No death/bur rec found. See the will of John Fiske of Tivetshall St. Mary, Norfolk, 31 Jan 1603/4, proved 25 Feb 1603/4, Archdeaconry Court of Norfolk, reg wills, 35:423 (FHL #167092). Candler confirms that John went to Tivetshall.
