- BIRTH: No birth rec found. Phebe is identified as a daughter of Thomas Perkins of Topsfield in a deed from William and Joanna Towne to Joseph Towne, 31 Mar 1663, below.
MAR: No mar rec found. See deed from William and Joanna Towne of Topsfield to their son Joseph, "in consideration of a contract...of marriage betweene our sayd sonn Joseph Towne and Phebe Perkings, the daughter of Thomas Perkings of the same town," 31 Mar 1663 (Ipswich, Mass. Deeds, 2:156 [FHL #873018]). The will of Thomas Perkins of Topsfield, 11 Dec 1684, proved 11 Sep 1686, calls Joseph Towne "son" (Suffolk Co. Probate, #1484, [o.s.] 11:22-25 [FHL #584130]).
DEATH: No death rec found. Phebe is last of record in Topsfield in the agreement of heirs of Joseph Towne, 17 May 1715, Essex Co. Probate, (o.s.) 311:236, 247, 290 (FHL #875127).
